Thanks for asking! We absolutely love working alongside our customers to create the print of their dreams. Here's how to get the ball rolling:

1. Find the perfect image/photo that you want transformed into a work of art.

2. Make sure the photo has no filters and isn't too light/dark so we can create an accurate representation. We pull colours from the original image to get the perfect match up on your final piece. 

3. Get in touch with us via our Custom Prints contact form or by emailing hello@middlegrounddesign.com.au with your image attached to get started.

4. Keep yourself busy and wait patiently for us to design the most spectacular piece of art you've ever seen. May we suggest binge watching Grey's Anatomy?

5. Receive your print and bask in all the glory that is owning your own piece of custom art

6. Get at least 10 cool points every time someone sees your print and says "Hey that's a cool print, here's 10 cool points".

To make sure we create the perfect print, we're going to need a decent quality image. The image you want recreated should be a minimum of 500x600 pixels. If you are unsure whether your image will work, send it through to hello@middlegrounddesign.com.au and we'll be happy to advise.

As seen in our core collections, our design style focuses solely on the hero figures of an image/photo. The background design for our custom prints is a simple block colour (of your choice) behind the main figure/s. If you have specific requirements for what you'd like included in your custom print, email hello@middlegrounddesign.com.au and we can have a chat about your options.

Your custom print will begin the design process as soon as we have received payment. From this point it takes anywhere between 5-15 Business Days to complete your print, depending on the scale and complexity of the design (it'll be worth the wait, trust us). We take great care and pride in making sure your print is perfect. Once complete, we will be in touch with an image of the final design for review. Once we receive that tick of approval your print will be finalised and dispatched next day. See our 'Shipping' section for estimated delivery times.

Our custom print prices start at just $55 for an A4 full colour print. The prices vary depending on the size and complexity of the design (more detail = more design hours). PRINTS

All of our prints are made to order at our global distribution print labs. Depending on the item/size of the print and volume, your order will be fulfilled in 1-3 business days.

Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, our courier will deliver your item/s within the following timeframes:

Australia: 2-6 Business Days
New Zealand: 5-10 Business
UK & EU: 2-5 Business Days
America: 2-5 Business Days
Canada: 2-5 Business Days

After your order is picked up we will send through your tracking information with an estimated delivery date (this way you won't have to stare longingly out the window, waiting for the posty).

PHONE CASES

Our phone cases are also made to order at our global distribution print labs. Depending on the item/size of the print and volume, your order will be fulfilled in 1-5 business days.

Once your order is packed and ready for shipping, our courier will deliver your item/s within the following timeframes:

New Zealand: 6-8 Business
UK & EU: 8-11 Business Days

Although our courier is extremely speedy in the delivery department, we are unable to offer express shipping or guaranteed overnight shipping. 

Absolutely! Your shipping details will be sent to your email address as soon as our courier picks up your order.

Middle Ground Design does not offer refunds/exchanges for 'change of mind'. If the print you received does not meet your expectations, please email hello@middlegrounddesign.com.au for assistance.

Although we put meticulous care into packaging our products, we understand that occasionally items can be damaged on route. In the unlikely event that you find your print damaged upon arrival, please email hello@middlegrounddesign.com.au within 10 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
